I hope that joshua wins so that i can see Fury school him, easy night for Fury. Joshua could get laid out if Pulev lands, although i doubt that'll happen. Pulev is 39 so he's going to try and get Joshua out in the early rounds as i reckon that pulev is going to gas out. I'm not sure Joshua has recovered from the arse beating that he took from ruiz, in the rematch he didn't really commit and ruiz was even fatter than the first contest!Originally Posted by delmbox

AJ had to fight Pulev although his recent record was unimpressive.
Hopefully Fury AJ next. Although probably be saying that in 12 months time.

It was the Manchester derby today. Years ago I went up to stay with my mate who was in Uni down here to watch the Manchester derby.
The weekend also included the Bowe v Holyfield fight.
A huge upgrade in quailty in the Man City team from that day.
Todays boxing equivalent would be Rochdale v Wrexham.
Joshua is so open to counters it’s just blatant how easy he is to be hit.
I’d love to see Joshua fight Wilder next.
He’s not got the bottle though.
Fury will toy with him but Wilder would spark him clean.

Mentioned it last night, Pulev looks like the type of bloke that if he started kicking off in a pub it’d be time to piss off and let him carry on
At one stage last night, 3rd round, Pulev turned his back on Joshua in the corner, I thought it was going to be a Duran like ‘No Mas’ situation, as if it wasn’t his type of scrap.
Fair play to pulev, he was obviously floored a few times but took uppercuts for days. Was mandatory challenger and deserved another opportunity.
Joshua seems to be a bit caught in two minds at times, he's a pretty good finisher but didn't always want to hunt pulev down, weary of what happened with ruiz where after knocking him down he went for the finish only to get caught himself.
I thought the way he jabbed and kept distance in the ruiz 2 fight shows he has different dimensions to how he can fight.
He has been rattled by quite a few fighters now but thta makes it exciting.
I feel fury would have too much movement and the style match up wouldn't particularly suit Joshua, having said that though fury struggles to finish at times so who knows.
Wilder Joshua would be an interesting fight.

Styles make fights and Joshua will not pose the same problems to Wilder that Fury did.
