Positives :
-We don't need to pay him off.
-We know he is an awful manager so no dissapointment
-Every so often he puts youth players on the bench to not use to show progression.
- He isn't Tony Pulis

He got us to the play offs last season from a similar position
Our fans are going to be a lot more positive about him in retrospect than at the time. His seasons here have been a bit like Malky's first and Slade's couple but he's a more likeable person than both of them.
Slade, like Harris, has taken over from a manager who was here when we were relegated from the premier league and was given a much smaller budget in comparison to his predecessor. Slade was asked to move a lot of players on and keep us competitive - what Harris is being asked of this year.
Malky took over from a manager with a much bigger budget than he had, at least in his first year. Malky was asked to find a lot of players and keep us competitive - what Harris is being asked to do for next year.
That was my thinking.
When Malky took over in the summer of 2011 he inherited just 6 outfield players. Within 2 seasons we had won the Championship by 8 pts and with a goal difference of +27. Harris inherited an under performing Championship team just relegated from the PL and at present we are going backwards.

Where we we in the table when Harris took over? We were 14th, 8 points away from relegation spot and 7 points from play-offs, but out season looked like it was in trouble. Where are we now? 15th, 13 points away from relegation and 7 points away from play-offs.
If anything, Harris has improved us very, very slightly over the course of 12 months.
A few months ago fans were saying we couldnt attract loan players from top clubs.
Thats changed hopefully more to come in the next couple of windows.
Maybe an incoming striker on loan in January.
I positively want him to go, before the transfer window opens.
I am positive it would be stupid to get rid of a man who got us to the play offs last season
I bet Harris wished he had 6 decent outfield players and the backing Malky had.
As it is hes inherited a squad of expensive flops some out on loan and some nowhere near the standard needed. Unless we can get these off the books and write off about 20m plus in fees then he cant build.
Even you can answer this one
Here we go now. Pay attention.
How long is the contract?
How many games has he played since signing?
Bonus question if you are still following me: how many MINUTES (not games as he struggles to complete full games) is he likely to play for the remainder of this contract considering:
a) his fitness levels - feel free to research this
b) his age
c) his injury record
Great deal. For him.
I'm fairly certain we won't get relegated.
