He's got to go. It's as simple as that .
As far as I can see he's picking what he thinks is a good team then sending them out with a cheery message of " do your best" and that's about it.
If there's any method or strategy it's hard to spot and in the absence of that you'll either finish mid/ low table or get relagated eventually according to how good or motivated your current eleven is.
