Just read the report, he died at home, apparently with injuries to his body which the family say, weren't present at the time of arrest.

But they weren't there at the time of his arrrsst were they? He was arrested after a brawl in Friday night.
if he had been out of poloice custody all day, even if he was injured in the brawl or subsequently they had more than enough time to get him medical assistance if he needed it.

I've read several articles which include the police reports and none of them use the word "brawl". I've seen "disturbance" and "breach of the peace" but nothing about a supposed brawl.
