I know that this has been posted before but I started listening to the Cardiff City section of this podcast last night, and haven't finished it yet, but even the part that I have heard was quite revealing and well worth a listen.

I had no idea about the pretty awful issues in his private life when he first joined the club, and I was certainly one of those who were (overly and wrongly) critical of him in his first year

He comes across as a very decent fellow who has overcome quite some adversity, and yet has some entertaining stories to tell about his time at the club, which all City fans will like ( e.g. Bothroyd wearing his England tracksuit to training, Chops hiding behind a pile of snow to avoid some heavies, Whitts being brilliant and yet incredibly humble etc)
