Thread: Bellamy

    Bellamy

Are there still people who don't think Bellamy would be the man to revolutionise Cardiff City?

Bring new ideas , instill discipline , go forward with a modern outlook and style of football from the youngest recruits to the senior squad

Strip it down , repair where necessary and rebuild.

Or do we still have those for Tony Pullis?

Undecided on him. Could be great, could be terrible. I suppose it depends on how the club feel about him after what happened when he was coaching here.

Nothing happened though. It was a witch hunt . Warnock through him under the bus, saw him as a threat .

Actually he may have been a little short with someone.

If you want perfection maybe he isnt the man .

If you want a team that has a winning mentality playing decent football ????

    Re: Bellamy

100% Bellamy wont be taking the Cardiff job even if offered.

    Re: Bellamy

It's so obviously the right move for the club and for him. So it won't happen.

    Re: Bellamy

I would have him here in a heartbeat. I’m not sure he’d want it.

Would he get a better job though? Is he content at Anderlecht?

    Why?

    Re: Bellamy

Unfortunately no managerial experience and unable to be diplomatic so it would be a dangerous experiment.

He might very well get us into the playoffs in an explosion of energy and passion, but he might equally get us relegated or say something contraversial which would involve us in some massive media shitstorm.

Yeah it would and part of me says " go for it" but my sensible part advises caution.

You could say that about any appointment. Pep is not guaranteed success here

No. We know Craig and he's a 100% ****ing hero to all of us, but we also know his temperament and we must consider the fact of no experience whatsoever in management .

    Re: Bellamy

Eddie Howe would be my choice. And the next choice has to be the right one so that rules out the likes of Bellamy and Pearson as both have a questionable temperament.

Paul Cook seems to have a decent record?

I think hes a worthy favourite.

He wouldnt be my choice but out of work , decent record down the leagues did well with Wigan last season and not an expensive choice.

I dont think theres going to be an appointment to get excited about looking at the candidates.

I think id invite interviews phone Alan Curtis and ask him to sit in on them and help with the choice.
