Being an excellent manager is different from being an excellent footballer. There is a Carragher clip going round where he explains he's not in management because he might want to be Klopp at Liverpool but he doesn't want to be Klopp starting a 7 year journey with Mainz gaining the experience needed in order to become a really good manager.
