Swansea have had ex players ie Alan curtis and leon briton working for them who know the club inside out and i believe have been influential in who they bring in as a manager they also know what the fans want. Would Cardiff consider a similiar role for say Jason perry or Nathan blake etc
I bet we would all love to follow Swansea's example. Any decent players get sold and there is no cash for anything. Last time I looked on a Swansea forum, a couple of years ago, the owners were far from popular. Perhaps some would be happy if we sold Moore and Morison and gained a DOF who had no authority over anything. Was Curtis really the driving force behind getting decent managers or have they just got lucky?
