35,000 tonnes of Cadbury Dairy Milk are already made at the UK factory.
An additional 125 million bars of the chocolate will now be made in Birmingham.

Not sure of the dusty comparison but yes generally speaking Cadbury's doesn't taste quite the same nowadays. I was told by someone who used to work for them that only the large Buttons tasted like they used to. Certainly Flake doesn't nor the smaller bars of Dairy Milk.
Much, much better though than Mars, who have destroyed the chocolate on Mars Bars, Snickers, Twix and others.
