Couldn't be bothered to go through all of it but second link posted is analysis of the ref's performance and subsequently on how often/when the whistle blew for and against each side. The more friendly comments think we "managed" the officials and the game.There seem to be a lot of clubs at this level who have a strategy to push any player that beats them in the back. It disrupts any flow to the game and even if a free kick is given there is seldom a yellow and they are free to do it again.
Some of their "tackles" today were also just deliberate trips.

I have to say I think that the referee made some odd decisions today.
He did let an awful lot go.
That said, Coventry can have no complaints about the result.
Any chances they had seemed to come, without being too critical, as a result of some slack defending.
