Re: Man City v Man U

Was out taking the dog and cat for a walk (they only get five minutes in between games on a Sunday afternoon!) so missed the goal - was it a proper penalty or a Man United one?

    Typical striker's (Jesus) defensive tackle.
    Stone waller.

Only debatable part of the decision was if it was inside or outside the box, right on the line more or less, so correct decision.

The replay showed it was definitely inside the box so penalty was the correct decision.

Did anyone notice the fourth official (Mike Dean I think) saying something to OGS after the half time whistle? Not sure what was said but OGS didn't seem too happy with it.

Just played it back, now with me being deaf and I wear a hearing aid, I've got used to a bit of lip reading.

As OGS walks away, I would bet a £1 to a penny he says "f ucking wanker"

OGS didn't seem happy with MD. Not sure what it was all about though.

I think he wanted a free kick on the edge of the Man City box, before the half time whistle.

Do you really take your cat for a walk?

One saving grace of the pubs being shut, the Man U brigade would have been us and we left, right & centre

She goes through phases and at the moment she wants to come along when I walk the dog - while it definitely is a conversation starter, I wish she wouldn’t in many ways because there’s a lot of dogs up here and also, a walk which would normally take, say, fifteen minutes takes three times that if she comes along.

    Seen a lot of football.
This result is fixed. Man City are not trying. Never seen a more obvious example of not trying to score.

Re: Man City v Man U

    Nah.
Man City concede early and it's put them off their game.
Not used to chasing and being frustrated.
    MU ridden their luck.

Yeah, Man City must have a few dodgy bets on. Probably need the money.

Of all teams to end their winning streak, you can imagine their fans, “It had to be f*cking them”. Football eh!!!!
