Cider going down much too easy. Going to be a mess in the morning. Can't stop grinning
Helluva game so far. Four tries in 20 minutes!
17 - 17 half time.
What a game. Will our fitness be the difference in the second half?
What a cruel end!
France win in 82nd minute.
Wales luck finally runs out.
Brilliant game and a shame no crowd there to see it.
Such a silly yellow from Liam Williams
Ahh gutted for us. Thought we had it in the bag. Not sure how France got back into that. Should still win the Championship though.
I think had we taken the scrum instead of kicking at the first French yellow it would have been a different outcome.
We handed the impetus to France and fair play to them they pulled it off.
Never mind, City beat the Jacks!!!!!
It's absolutely gutting - and the players deserve a lot of respect for the intensity and skills shown - but in some ways it might be nice to still have something to chase based on AWJ saving that they can and still need to up some gears.
(biased Welsh opinion upcoming): LRZ "try" shows that sometimes the laws of the game are just wrong even if correctly enforced.
Think of those poor jacks who a few hours ago, were sitting down to prepare for the first ever derby double and a Wales Grand Slam.
Great result in the footy, sandwiched between a battering in the T20 and a kick in the guts in the six Nations. A mixed day. Cracking game of rugby tho
City won.
Perfect day.
France need to win by 21 points and score 4+ tries against Scotland to deny Wales/Cymru the 6 Nations title. Steve Tandy, Tonmawr born, is the Welsh defence coach for Scotland.
What a horrible finish. Wales were comfortably the better side for over an hour then the wheels came off. Ten points ahead with four minutes left. Fantastic game though and if the Scots help out it will still be a Championship winning season.
Shocking penalty taken at the end by Cory Hill, when we only needed to go through a phase or two, with about 40 seconds left.
He cost us the game and Grand Slam, with poor discipline.
Felt for the team, they gave it everything, over achieved during the tournament, and I’d have loved to see them win to stick two fingers up to the media.
A gutting finish.
Wales played better in defeat than they did in any of their victories and ended up paying the penalty for running out of steam in the last fifteen minutes or so. Credit to France for the way they raised their game after going down to fourteen men, but they were second best for most of the match and it's great to see a Welsh set of backs with a real cutting edge - something I never thought I'd see again.
Always seems to be the case City win Wales lose, Wales win City lose.
