    Article on BBC Sport with him saying he’s been epileptic since his teens. I never knew this.

    I'm pretty sure I remember press stories about this years ago - maybe even when he was playing for us. I don't think Bothroyd has ever kept it quiet - just that it didn't have a massive effect on him; but always in the background.
