Whatever the rules/law I also think it's unlikely that you get caught, but you and person you're meeting should be mindful of how the virus spreads and the safety measures to reduce risk of that happening: avoid indoor/crowded spaces (if necessary ensure good ventilation), minimise contact numbers and contact duration outside your bubble, wear a mask, don't shout.
