    Worth a look at the excess mortality rate its appears to be at a record low across a number of countries .

    a few weeks ago we had the lowest amount of UK deaths since the early 2000's ( think it was 2004 the news said )

    That's because of all the 'extra' deaths at the start of the Covid pandemic. They went early, so to speak...

    It is also entirely possible that far too many deaths have been attributed to Covid, as in order to be classified as a Covid death someone only needs to have had Covid within 28 days of dying. When doing this they have no idea if that person died of Covid or not. If you get run over by a bus within 28 days of having a positive test, as far as the statisticians are concerned that is a Covid death. It is a particularly stupid way of calculating something so important.
