A list of upcoming free agents put together by Teeside Gazette... would you take any of these?

Personally I see Adam Reach (Sheff W), Alex Mowatt (Barnsley), Marcondes (Brentford), Bacuna/Alex Pritchard (H'field) plus a handful of others being decent additions. I don't see wages being an issue on any of those either. Any other shouts?

those would all be good, there will be plenty of clubs after the likes of mowatt and their wages will be high.

plus it'll be hard to justify having any more central midfielders unless we a) move someone on or b) convert players i.e. pack - CB, ralls - lwb

just checked and the players mentioned are 28, 26, 26, 23 and 28!

Definitely some players there that would add to our squad, not necessarily improve to it but there's some there that I wouldn't be against. I'd quite like Kabasele if we're going to continue to play 3 at the back. Assombalonga not a great player but would have him as backup and same for Sanogo

Would suggest the majority of options will be triggered and only one 'standout' - Mowatt

I didn't appreciate some of the ages of some of these players mind! quite a few in the 33-37 bracket

Would definitely suit playing a LWB role more than a full back, He's been playing there for Bolton on loan this season (although that's league 2) and doing pretty well.
Wages would be low presumably, "knows the club" etc.

Couldn't get into a League 1 side on loan this season. He'd only be a cheap back-up option. I think Bagan would even be ahead of him in the LWB stakes.

In the right system I tihnk he could potentially offer something.
