Yes, it all relates to the stupid travel rules again. I'm surprised with so many medics giving advice to Drakeford that none have told him that you can't catch Covid travelling alone in a car with windows shut. At the time travelling to a butchers in Brecon from Cardiff was banned but I could have legitimately caught a flight from Cardiff to Alicante and visited a butchers shop there.

Yep, its all a load of mincemeat of rules , it smacks of people being unable to handle a strategy.
