I think it goes a little beyond your usual "coach-speak". If he'd just said that "in training he's a good finisher" , then fair enough. But to suggest that Glatzel is the best finisher he's ever worked with is, as I suspect, complete nonsense, or it's a sad indictment of all the other strikers he has ever worked with previously.
