Here is another great monologue, Robert Shaw from Jaws

Another iconic scene from Once Upon a Time in the West. Henry Fonda's entrance.
According to Fonda, he grew a moustache and put in brown contact lens to hide his own blue eyes.
He met Leone like this and Leone said to get ride of them, he wanted Fonda's baby blue eyes. When he did the following scene (his first in the film) when he leads his gang toward the petrified little boy whose family Fonda has just massacred, he realised that Leone wanted him to look like he usually did because when the camera pans around from the rear of the gang to see the cast against type villain Fonda's face and trademark blue eyes for the first time the audience would say " Jesus Christ it's HENRY FONDA!!"

Apart from the Robert Shaw monologue foru of my favourite moments on film.
I tried to cut it down to one but gave up!
Two scenes from Day of the Jackal
If you have never seen the film they contain spoilers - but everyone knows De Gaulle wasn't assassinated!!

The Good the Bad and the Ugly
It is a long excerpt and is really several iconic scenes together, but the whole piece really goes together and I couldn't decide which bit to leave out because to me the cinematography and music for the scene (as well as the acting) are just sublime!
