I wonder if it's against the law to throw blue bog roll onto the pitch these days

I always found that the Izal greasy, school type toilet roll unravelled the best and travelled a lot further. Late 60s/early 70s you couldn’t have a tom tit in Lady Mary on a Friday afternoon, every toilet roll was bagged up ready for a Grangetown End launching on Saturday. Away games the football special would be stripped of the very same standard paper. The demise of toilet rolls decorating goalnets was a watershed moment in football, very, very sad.
