His second today was taken with total ease when many players given that amount of time would fluff it. His move to the left made the keeper follow him and then he strokes it nonchalantly high to the keeper's other side. Brilliant.

Actual age, imo, matters far less now than years playing football and previous luck with injuries. There are exceptions (Christiano Ronaldo who is just spectacular) but think it's fair to say Bale's body is older than he is and he's still putting in a very high level of performance.

Not sure about his body being older than he is, he’s had a fairly relaxed time in Spain particularly the last few seasons. He’s hardly been flogged to death by Real Madrid, Kieffer Moore has most probably had to put in way more effort and strength sapping work than Bale has lately.
