    Whilst Gloria Jones may have sang on or collaborated on songs crossing over to other genres, we were discussing tainted love, which is northern soul.

    Someone else put "Tainted Love" on here, I only pointed out that it was a cover by Soft Cell.

    But it's still POP MUSIC, by definition in Collins
