Mehmet also said that the board are more than happy with MM and that they prefer someone with experience, also the club never signs players who the manager don't want, although to me it sounded like Watters was a board signing which Harris was happy to include in his squad.

MD was asked if the club was for sale, he said that VT has no intention of selling at present, although if a silly money offer comes in then a silly conversation would take place. He talked about the Sala case which don't sound any further down the road than when we were last updated although he did say that FIFA ain't been a great help in bringing Cardiff & Nantes around the negotiating table. Finally he said that he read on the forums how well Sam Hamman run the club which he just sighed and said something like yeah alright we believe you. Great podcast, Blakey you need to get your finger out son you should be getting these interviews.

I agree. I've seen some of the comments on that board and they are idiots. Calling Dalman a 'liar' etc. Whereas Hammam bought the club in 200o for £500k and left in mid 2005 and had run up £31m of debt , and we had the income off transfers for Kavanagh, had to sell Gabbidon, Collins and Earnshaw for about £6m. He then lied for years about who Langstone was, and is still taking the club to Court. And he wanted payout for him and his brother just to leave. Strange for someone who says he 'loved' the club. Not heard much from him for years though, unsurprisingly.

And that other lot just criticise VT, Dalman and Choo. We have been the most consistent side in the Championship for years, two automatic promotions, four Plays Offs, and I think three other top ten finishes. I firmly believe VT would not leave the club in trouble if he left. They also hero worship Warnock too.

If fans are prepared to criticise past and current owners and chairmen then include them all not just the ones that suit their agenda..

Well, if he didn't actually say they were "new players" he also wouldn't be able to say "incoming" in relation to Bennett, Bamba and Brown either.
