Not that hard to do. Are they already on a stone layer? Pull them up, Chuck some stone dust down, whacker plate, cement then lay them in the wet cement....

You may want to add a touch of sand to that cement, although I prefer to add stone dust, goes off harder. Do not use neat cement.
