    Would be nice.

I wonder if McCarthy / Connor’s still have the Molineux links though as suggested ??

Perhaps they are considered worthy of taking on promising loan players I part due to the pairs track record of developing youngsters and investing in them, it certainly seems that way at Cardiff .

    More so than NW.

It's certainly good to see youngsters being given their chance and City do not have a good record in that department until McCarthy arrived and the personnel and attitude changed at the junior teams. Perhaps that's co-incidental there seems to be a number of lads they're excited about.

Young Colwill looks a real talent and has an advantage over most of his peers with his height and physique; and just being with the Wales squad will do wonders for him.

Neil Harris got Dion Sanderson on loan from Wolves in January last year.

There's a Wolves relationship that predates Mick and Terry.

What was then a weakness in his game was exploited in one game so that every other manager in the league knew how to attack us in our remaining important fixtures.

Played last season at Championship level with loans at Coventry and Rotherham, beyond that I don't know enough about him to comment much really;-

Doubt if we have any special relationship with Wolves. He left in 2012 and since then Wolves will have a a few entirely different set of managers and coaches and at least two if not three different sets of cwmers Not sure either if people think about MM as a coach with a reputation for bringing through young players.

Giles was on loan at Shrewsbuy and was very well regarded here. He has since had two loan spells in the championship with Coventry and Rotherham. A lot of his appearances for Rotherham were as a substitute. Sounds like a pretty good young player and in a position we need cover but not one to get too excited about.
