Lots of bands that stay relatively popular are generally hated.

{insert band name} are rubbish, haven't done anything half decent since their first 2 albums. Seems to be the usual line.

Ive said this music can't be measured only in sales everything else is personal opinion.

Between 75 and 78 Kiss wrote loads of great glam rock anthems and outsold the beatles and led zep , Stanley and Simmons were great song writers

Fantastic live but they soon faded
