The system did not work for me. I sent an email to the club last Thursday outlining the problem but no response so far. Resent the email this morning. Are they snowed under with queries ?

I believe, there are only 2 staff (plus 1 part timer) in the ticket office
I had issues but sent an email and got three replies! They were helpful, but I still had to sort it out on my PC at home, but it did work. To be fair I found the staff very helpful, I think they are juts not taking 'phone calls, but are available to reply to email queries.
