Big Mick obviously doesn't rate him.

Its in Wales Online. Enough said.

I'd get him out on loan, he seems to know how to score goals and only young, if anything it might push his fee up.

Hope we negotiate a buy back . If Peterborough want him, with their track record on strikers I can't wait for this to bite us on the arse.

Exactly what I thought - that club are very rarely wrong when it comes to buying strikers.

Odd one is this. We can't really have any discussion on this because we've not seen what Watters can or can't do!

Makes sense. You don't miss what you never had.

Not really had a chance, we are pretty terrible with signings most of the time.

And we should support and scout his performances

As opposed to Cardiff City, whose recent record (Kieffer aside) is very dubious, to say the least!

    Exactly, he's only young.
I doubt he would ever fit into a MM side but he could quite easily be here longer than MM

Peterborough don't often miss with strikers but I still don't know what system Watters suits best. It would be a good loan/buy-back clause move for us and him.

    Loan. Nothing more.
That way we don’t lose him or his value if he turns out to be any good. I suspect that he’s not actually but we paid a big fee for a kid with no real pedigree.

Peterborough (re)signed Jack Marriott today after he left Derby. That may damped any interest in Watters?

Think this is a good move, showed in his fleeting appearances that he was perhaps not quite ready for the Championship so a move to a higher league than he was in previously should help his progression. Fingers crossed he makes a success of it and comes back ready for a crack at the Championship
