    Advertising, it costs a fortune to advertise on TV. They rake much more in than the licence fee and still can’t match the quality.

    ITVs annual income is about £2bn. The BBCs annual income is about £5bn, which includes £3.5bn from the licence fee.

    You missed Kelly Dalglish and Stewart (who he?) Robson. Oh and Taylor Twellman (who I actually started to warm to over the tournament - he sometimes made sense) and Ian (jingoistic) Darke.

    And why was it so biased towards England when we're in the US?
