Why it’s never been “Team UK” (or just the “United Kingdom”) is beyond me.

Who would Mark Cavendish represent if it was Team UK?

I have mixed feelings on this
On one hand if it's a ban then they should all be banned
On the other hand why should someone who is clean pay the price for others.
Take the NML ban for drugs
I'm pretty sure we would have been kicking off if the whole squad had also been banned as a result of his actions.
