I'd pay a lot of money for a takeaway pizza with a cauliflower base. I make them myself but it's a pain in the arse (this is a keto thing, not a Vegan one). I've made friends with the local Indian takeaway and they've made a keto lamb dish for me which is loaded with lamb and spinach, but I miss my pizza

We had in the US " BBQ cauliflower wings ", it was great, I did my take on the dish during the 1st lockdown, tasted great, have a google for a receipt
