    It is you.

I tend not to watch programs I don't enjoy. Life is too short.

    Can’t stand it.
One of the things the BBC insist we ought to be interested in.

I respect the athletes, but I've never really been into watching the Olympics. But the shabby treatment Simone Biles has got from right-wing media is disgusting. A useless white blob, like Piers Morgan thinking he has the right to criticize a multiple gold medal winner, about something he just has no comprehension of is beyond the pale. Win any medal for physical endeavor yourself first and then decide if you're in the position to criticize someone that's won over 30. ****.

Does anything not bore you? I think it's been brilliant.

Didn’t you know? Sludgey, just loves that exhilarating, dynamic, adrenaline heavy ‘sport’ of fishing.

That’s why him and JR Hartley are proper bum pals with each other.

    Dont watch it then.
I'm sure Robson Green is on another channel somewhere getting over excited about a fish.

Ben Whitticker v the Cuban in the boxing LHW division gold medal decider was a good fight.
The Brit lost on a split decision, though the commentators were talking like the other fella pissed it.
Different breed of fighter though those Cubans.

I must say I have enjoyed the Olympics more than I thought I would.
The new even BMX-ing was excellent with the British girl winning gold.

The "well established" sport of hockey though leaves me cold.

Why not try enjoying life a bit more before you die?

Imagine if angling became an Olympic sport, now that would be a hard watch.

I've not seen as much as I usually would have, due to timings, but there have been some brilliant moments.
the 2 high jumpers sharing the medal.
a 13 year old winning a bronze for Britain today.
400m hurdles records in men's and women's both absolutely smashed (in the men's the top 3 were in the top 4 times of all time)
the Dutch 1500 runner falling on the last lap but still winning her heat.
    classic Olympics stuff

It's been excellent with some brilliant highlights as you've said. I'm surprised at how much I've enjoyed the more artistic events such as bmx, skateboarding, surfing and even the gymnastics. I've never really bought into subjective judging to determine the winner of an event but have really enjoyed it this time.

Agree the 400m hurdles final was good although I got a bit confused when people said they'd predicted a record time as the track was "fast".
Aren't all tracks the world over the same?
If not, why not as it dampens world records for me.

Just watched on replay the 13 year old skateboarding get the bronze. Great stuff!

Her parents, Mr and Mrs Brown, obvs have a sense of humour naming her Sky

tracks are definitely not all the same. they say the Tokyo one is quite bouncy, which has helped with the hurdling events

The action is always a mixed bag as so many sports just demonstrate why we never see them on the tellybox outside of the Olympics. Unfortunately I have stopped watching not because of the sport but because of the amount of pointless studio bound chopsing that the BBC is serving up.

She's also in the British junior surfing team which doesnt fit with her name. Fortunately though her younger brother is named Ocean.

The BBC studio stuff is annoying.
But give the presenters a break - it's the only time they get to comment on anything othr than the Boat Race shite.
