Giles and Pack top of the assists chart aswell
While I'm happy for him I'm aware that we rushed to give Mick an extension after a good run and think we need to be much wiser with Flint.
Flint has been a real spark in the team this season.

Flint and Pack have been rejuvenated this season , many said it was either Mozza or Flint, that seems to even disproved .
We are a very big physical side.
Bear in mind that he'll be 33, his current contract, probably*, makes him one of our higher earners and he's one of the main reasons we've been such a hoof'ing side.
He's playing his way into getting an offer but would be a big mistake to offer more than a year which he'll probably turn down as he can get better elsewhere.
*based on when he signed and where he signed from.
We should sign John Stones. Together he and Flint would be the bedrock of a great team.
Regarding wages, it's likely he's one of our bigger earners because i) he was established Championship player when he signed, ii) we bought him with parachute payments, iii) we bought him from club when he was entering 2nd year of a deal where purchasing transfer fee was £7 million and was a 4 year contract.
It's highly unlikely he's after a big wage cut at end of this season based on him having time of his life again.
However, my sentence was more about length of deal than amount each week. It's not worth us offering more in years unless you're Team Sludge on these matters or similar wages unless we're promoted.
