Agreed, there's always the chance that he'll be found not guilty, but Ryan Giggs is the one who should be decisive in this situation and announce he'll be standing down, so that Wales can move on after more than a year of uncertainty. If that were to happen, Robert Page would be able to point to a pretty good record in terms of results as caretaker manager, but I would argue that it's not good enough for it to be an inevitability that he would take over full time if Giggs stepped aside.

I guess if Page gets us to the WC then we are unlikely to change before the tournament.
I wouldn't mind seeing us bringing in someone in an advisory role though.
