He'll happily jump head first into a job like this for about 40 or 50 squids

Last I remember people were getting 1.50 a sq m on price for putting it in before boarding.. Won't take long to do either.

Not my main place of residence, though presumably a tenant could apply. It's going to cost me between £100 - £150 with 'free labour', so not too much of a hit. It's just not the nicest of jobs to do !
