Has anyone received STs for their children? I got mine in the post yesterday but not one for my son (who sits next to me in the Family Stand). Just wondering that as he's under 16, whether he can't get sent a Visa card and that I have to download his ticket digitally?

anyone tried to add it to their Apple Wallet, I can't?
I’m just putting mine in the old suede wallet the City gave away a few years ago
I managed to do it via tickets and selecting the middle season ticket of 3 that appears (not the bottom one) and scroll down to the apple wallet icon. Follow prompts et voila!

Tried adding ticket to Apple wallet and get the same “failed to load ticket” message. Who actually believed that the club could avoid messing it up. This is very much on brand for City.
I wonder what odds you’d get on the season tickets themselves failing to work on Saturday.
There is a problem with the app not all can see more section to open up it up and activate , sadly the card still lets you in the ground ?
Seems the elite apple users are okay ,there is always an us and them in society ,android user can feck off apparently
From the looks of the card set up, you have to use the club app and attach bank details to use the Visa side of it. It probably won't allow for a minor.
