I was replying to someone who was making out Johnson is courageous, he is anything but that - he is when someone else ends up carrying the can mind.

**** me where do you get your news? I can’t believe someone could genuinely have this opinion.

Even the tories I know think this lot have ****ed this last year up.

Good to see more females and British Asians in top roles, Boris has certainly shook it up.

Nadine Dorries as Digital, Culture, Media and Sport* should be fun with BBC and Channel 4 future role.

Gove's job will be about the leveling up agenda, that adds bite to the role of community and housing, he does get stuff done

Yes I realised. I was just pointing out that up until now it didn't seem to matter, as evidenced by what happened on Election day.

I keep on coming back to that remark by Donald Trump about how he could shoot someone in broad daylight on Fifth Avenue and it wouldn’t cost him many votes - all Johnson has to do is keep wearing a blue rosette.

Nadine Dorries is an absolute crackpot and anyone who thinks otherwise is an absolute crackpot.

This is the type of person they put in the cabinet nowadays https://twitter.com/nadinedorries/st...572803590?s=21

A serious country does not put someone like her in a position of power.

She will be a disaster, bookmark this.

"Did the best they could" would be a putdown from most people, though probably not the case here.

And did they do their best? Johnson famously couldn't be arsed to attend five cobra meetings right at the start of the pandemic.

That somebody as openly talentless as Nadine Dorres gets a seat at cabinet tells you a lot about the lack of power of government.

You mistake anyone who uses facts, anyone who critiques Labour or anyone that attempts to have a balanced opinion as being 'Tory boys'.

You do so while deviating from respectful debate and insulting people.

That isn't a great look. Multiply these angry Labour voices by dozens on social media and you end up upsetting a lot of people, and it's a significant part of why Labour lose elections. You become you're own worst enemy!

Debating with some on the left is like debating the merits of religion with a fanatic. Same goes for some loons on the right, but it's more prevalent with the left at the moment. The fanatical way they always think they are correct despite continually losing elections is quite something, really.

Can't you just be more open minded about it?

Countries have problems. Sometimes the Tories have the best ideas, sometimes Labour, sometimes neither. Sometimes a typically 'right wing' idea is the best solution, sometimes a 'left wing' one.

This shit isn't hard if you start with an open mind.

"Awful woman, bitch, deluded, evil, fascist, racist" It's like listening to a catholic priest from the 1920s. Get a friggin grip like!
