Is this problem all to do with Brexit ? Only ask as there's a shortage of drivers in Europe and has been an issue for years .
One positive drivers now getting a decent wage instead of wage control through cheaper labour
""" Mainland Europe is experiencing*an estimated 400,000 lorry driver shortage*as port closures across China and the Far East during the Covid pandemic have sparked a global supply chain crisis. ... France has also faced a similar crisis, with the country facing a shortage of around 43,000 drivers since 2019.""
This farmer clearly thinks brexit's to blame for the problems with his business, and claims it's usually edited out whenever he mentions the B word.

Brexit in four stages:
Things will be better.
Things won’t be *that* bad.
Things are bad but it’s not our fault.
Things are awful but that was the plan.
We're all living in a' non ' French submarine and jabbed .
I thought rejoiners liked tariff free trade deals? That's the supposed benefit of being in the single market with all those other nations right? Or is it only good when it refers to the EU?
Thank god twitter is nothing like the real world. Taking your news from it is rarely wise.
not all free trade deals are equal
the EU free trade agreement was a lot better for us as a nation than this deal with new Zealand or the one with Australia.
we don't seem to get anything much out of it, other than being able to say look at all these deals we are signing.
It's pointless engaging in 'news' that is nothing more than anecdotal twitter memes. All the big data on unemployment and economic growth is there for us all see, and it's not negative, which is why the zealous will dig deeper into the twitter pit to find some obscure and probably unrelated article, and go "ta daaaar! this proves I WAS right!"
If people ignore the bigger picture and choose to find random cherry picked stuff from twitter, that's their loss.
What's more, the post wasnt even accurate, as it left off the rather important latest bit of news about production restarting. Which is weird, because its late 2021 now and administration was 18 months ago..
Good news for workers...bad news for rabbit-holers.

Think the key fact from everything posted from whatever politically leaning media outlet , there doesn't seem to be the awful disaster, thank god as that would have hurt a lot of people .
I voted to remain as it seemed less complex than leaving .
Wonder what a vote would deliver now ?
• The UK economy grew by more than expected in November, surpassing pre-Covid levels. The Office for National Statistics revealed GDP was 0.7% larger than in February 2020.
No VAT to be paid on Energy Saving Home improvements something members of EEC cannot apply
I quote
"Under the EU rules, no member state can cut VAT on domestic electricity and gas below the 5% level."
'Solar panels are highlighted as one of the products member states can exempt from VAT, as part of a more general push to "increase consumers access to green energy", with electric bicycles and recycling also making the list.'
So EU states (or EEC states if you like) can apply zero VAT rates on energy saving home improvements?
Well I never!
LOM talking bollox shock?
