Match facts
- Cardiff are looking to record consecutive league wins over Bournemouth for the first time since winning against them in February 1939 and September 1946.
- Bournemouth have only won two of their 18 away league games against Cardiff City (D7 L9), winning in October 1985 and March 2000, both times in the third tier of English football.
- Cardiff haven’t kept a clean sheet in any of their last seven home league games, with the Bluebirds last conceding in more consecutively between April and November 2016 (11 games).
- Bournemouth are one of two sides without defeat in the Championship this season (along with West Brom), with the Cherries scoring at least twice in six of their seven games so far.
- Bournemouth’s Dominic Solanke has been involved in six goals in his last six league games, scoring five and assisting one.
OK, I'm on my way with eternal optimism and hope (what else is there?). Enjoy (or try to) the game everyone wherever you are and however you're following.
My god, that starting 11...
Glass half-full:
Err... some interesting options off the bench and we get another look at Brown before deciding whether to offer a new deal?

Bit harsh on Bagan, don't think he's done anything wrong.
Morrison seemed to be struggling for fitness against Coventry, didn't have a full pre-season, had to go off injured against Brighton. Is this helping anyone? (He'll now score two goals).
Reminds me of a line from Fever Pitch '5 defenders, 4 midfielders that used to be defenders and 1 forward challenging for long balls'
He gets forward like he's supposed to, misplace the odd pass but who doesn't in this team. It's annoying really, he's pushing forward and doesn't always have support, the ball bypassing midfield doesn't help either.
Brown out wide.
Good lord.
Might as well start playing 5 CBs
I'll be honest I thought more creativity, width and pace was needed, not sure Sang and Brown give us that.
Any streams for today's game?
We already look much better with Bacuna in the team.
Haven't conceded yet which is a plus. Swansea 3-0 down already, they're ****ed this season
Moore should pass that.
Its not like we'll get many chances so when they come go for the better option.
Swansea 3-0 down!
Nelson is shit
