Where to start.
The back 3 is not working as there were huge gaps every time WBA came forward. Either the system is wrong or Morrison, Nelson and Flint should never be the first names on the team sheet every week.
Go back to a 4 4 2 or 4 3 3 and move Pack into the defence. He is achieving nothing in midfield.
Virtually all players have little idea how to hold the ball and play a normal pass.
In the first half WBA swarmed over us when we had the ball but in the second half layer off more as it was clear that we would miss pass, hit a hopeful ball to nowhere, or simply pass straight back to the opposition.
BBC hare saying we had 6 efforts on goal (none on target) but I must have missed them. We offered absolutely nothing up front and Moore should never be on the bench.
The board will not react for financial reasons but MM is completely out of his depth.

I am not sure of answers but we can’t go on with this manager, witha system that does not work and a squad looking for some kind of positives but not seeing any.
Bringing younger players through is the right way but not into a side, playing a system that doesn’t work with a manger picking ridiculous line ups and not having any plan B.
A lot of us feared this when MM was appointed and the chickens are coming home to roost.
The board are to blame for most of this but the manager is incapable of playing 21st century football.
