In breach of probation for being drunk ?
I met Rufus when I moved to a new school when I was about 10 years old, was one of the first people who spoke to me, invited me over his house after school had food and met his family.
I can only speak from my experience, but was a really bright, thoughtful person. We went to different comprehensives and never really seen him since, obviously he had his demons, very sad. thoughts are with his family.
Must have been a troubled soul .

You see some randomness in sentencing. One which sticks with me is a mentally disabled gentleman who was jailed for a year for trapping wild birds and keeping them in an aviary for his own pleasure.
You can’t trap birds I get that, but was OTT.
