My sons became City fans and then this season my two grandsons, 11 & 8, who wear their blue shirts with pride at every opportunity in an area where the blue is Chelsea, got their season tickets.

Tomorrow they will be among our Mascots.

My first time sitting in the Grandstand almost directly opposite where we normally sit and lower down.
Good to be there with all the family today but missed you guys!

Prior to the kick off the club provided a great experience for the boys. They did it really well and the kids were delighted. Sadly everything that followed was disappointing and made the day even more memorable for the wrong reasons.

Apart from 10 minutes of better football early in the second half we never looked like being able to score.
