Gabion Basket Steps help (Maths Question)

    Evening all,

I'm hoping for a bit of help - this is more of a maths question than anything else.

I want to run gabion basket steps flush to the side of a wall that is 70" (1778mm) high.

The base of the wall is 90" (2286mm) in length.

I want to know how many gabions I need and what the dimensions of each will be. I already know that I want the depth to be 750mm

    Thanks all.

Using gabions as steps doesn’t sound particularly safe

Its safe as long as the mesh is at 5.2mm thick to support the weight on people going up and down.

I plan to place flag stones or some timber on the tops as the actual steps.
