Sensible until the end of the season rather than a 3 year deal I meant. Not risk free of course with where we are in the table but I do think there's 3 worse teams than us in this division once we get a bit of confidence back

And he knows those young lads , what makes them tick ,when to bring them on etc etc we bring in some shouty maniac just to save us and destroys the younger players confidences were done for for the future .
