Re: FA Cup: Cardiff v Preston

As dull draws go this is up there with the best of them, but at least we won't lose to a team from a lower league (well not in this round anyway 🙂)

The club need to make this game a tenner for adults and a fiver for kids, otherwise we'll be lucky to get 6,000 in the ground

I’d say the term dull draw applies to the whole thing, not just our match.

No, the kids will have their Christmas money. £5 adults, £10 kids.

City will undoubtedly signal their intent to make progress before a bumper crowd by announcing 3 blocks open on the day.

Think Preston and City should club together and offer free admission.

    May break 5k then.

If I was a Preston fan I wouldn't be coming down here at the start if January, after a few weeks off at Xmas, having just got back to work if it was free and they were handing out 200 quid on entry.

    **** that for a trip.

Honestly as bad as it gets for an away.

At least its only generally half hour for us lot gove or take.

Winnable. It's the third round. Let's stay under the radar.

Re: FA Cup: Cardiff v Preston

Just looked at the Cardiff v Preston head to head. As far I could see this will be the first Cup match between the two sides. That’s one of the few positives I can see from this draw. If you can call it a positive?

Re: FA Cup: Cardiff v Preston

Stop with the negativity and misery. During lockdown, we were gagging to go to matches. I haven't missed any cup match at home for donkey's years. A win would be novel....and exciting. Who knows what the next round could be?
