I'm not a big fan of the usual resolutions malarkey, but I do see the need for clear goals and aspirations in life.
I'm keeping it pretty simple next year, knocking excessive social media on the head, reading a lot more books and walking 10,000 steps a day.
As we approach the end of another year, what are your plans for 2022?

I do walk a lot but I struggle for motivation for much more.
I have a couple of months where I'm good at it, can see and feel improvements and then I don't know, I have a couple of days where I let me guard down and then bang I'm back putting it off again and again.
Really found just putting on some hiit videos on YouTube easy to achieve with a busy schedule and need to get back to that.
Dont see myself ever getting back to the gym.

Get outside more and exercise. Got on a run today which almost killed me. I've turned into a right fat ****.
Good luck mate. 6 months ago I was 12 stone and in the best shape of my life. 6 months of I'll health and I'm 14 stone 6 🤣 so easy to lose it.
