Bloody pampered footballers, I’ve worked twelve hour shifts and then gone out for a few pints after with a cold

A mate of mine's a Blackpool fan. Says he does the basics well in front of their defence. Sounds like he could add some solidity to the middle of the pitch. I reckon he and Ralls could be a decent CM pairing.

Anyone who has the slightest idea of how to play in midfield has to be recalled pronto.

Because can only recall him on a particular date, which is later in the month. We've no option to call him back immediately

The more interesting question is why was he sent out on loan in the first place? It was a bizarre move even by City’s standards.

The 6m move from Norwich for Will Vaulks never materialised.

Watched Blackpool v West brom kept an eye on him all game, positionally good, doesn't get caught out on the counter etc, shows for the ball and can pass. He's not gonna set the world alight, but (and no comparison here before the usual non funny ccmb lot jump over the comment) think Carrick for United, under the radar but puts a shift in and does what he needs to keep the team ticking over.

Was it Micks idea to loan him out?
He did make some very odd decisions

Reminds me a little of when Warnock said he wouldn't have signed Vaulks had he known Pack was available
