    Better than Lao Gan MA?
I used some Korean Red Chili Oil today to start off a curry.

Talking of Korean, been into Bulgogi for a few years and now also Bibimbap.

    Lovely stuff!

I like both Chiu chow chilli oil (the lee kum kee one) and lo gan ma (the original flavour - some of the variants aren't as good)- they are certainly different though.

this stuff is better than both the above though

    Chilli oil is great!

You could just make a bowl of rice or noodles, stir a bit of chilli oil in and you have a meal, you could start off cooking a dish with it or just stir a bit into a stew.
    Very tasty and very versatile.

I'm not sure I would call it Chilli Sauce in the way that Sriracha is.
I just took a photo of what I just made but can't upload it for some reason.

You can see it being made here.

    Absolutely you should!
I'm sure that you dan order some specialist hard to find ingredients on Amazon.

    Szechuan peppercorns are a must.
I would try to get some Gochugaru (Korean Pepper Flakes) but normal chilli flakes would work.

We've been growing chillis for years - greenhouse and kitchen windowsill - different varieties and some lucky dips. Addicted!

Usually dry or freeze the surplus.
