January Investment

Someone posted a few months ago that there was expected to be a small investment in the club during January.

Has any more been said about this?

Not heard a thing since, I suppose we'll be in a better position to know when the transfer window has closed.

I was told, by an ex city management team member, that the club was (in sept/oct) trying to bring in some short term investment ready for Jan... Not specifically for transfers but for cashflow & legal costs... There was even talk of sone dilution of shares.

However, not sure what the latest is... With covid still very much with us it may have scuppered the plans or made the plans more urgent.

Player salaries aside the club is run pretty lean at the moment.. so there isn't much non-player related costs that can be reduced.

As tobw noted... We will know by the end of Jan.
