That kick off time is horrendous. When we played at Anfield under Malky was a similar kick off time and that was a 4am start for travelling up

City could net £700,000 possibly more depending on ticket prices and attendance
that's a handy sum you'd imagine - I'm sure I read years ago that clubs budget assuming they don't take anytihng from the cups, so an additional 700k is not to be sniffed at.

It's 3 hours max especially on a Sunday morning.

5am in Az. Given all the stories about long road/coach journeys I won't moan. Especially since I'll just turn it off and go back to the land of nod if the game goes awry.

if the average ticket price is about £23 and 50k people turn up, that a handy £460k in the back pocket
If we do get 8K allocation I'd be very surprised if we did sell them all.
I know quite a few who are doing the wurzels trip, begrudgingly accepting the disgustingly priced tickets, but a Sunday lunchtime kick off all the way oop North has put many people off.
